The beginning of Jeff's post was a little confusing, but in the end he makes his point.
"as soon as you are in control of 2 teams every trade you make from that point on should be voided"
I think he understands that before "frost", the Buffalo GM was a different person.

As I said, the decision was made to pass this trade because at the time of the trade there was no wrongdoing. He didn't join under the new persona until Saturday night.
I'm willing to do whatever the league feels is best in this situation, but keep in mind that it was decided that it would pass so more than one or two people will have to disagree to.
Also, I know how these arguments tend to get out of control. if ANYBODY even insinuates that I'm trying to favor my own team or 'cheat' you will join Simon on the ban list without even a warning. The bitching is out of control.

I didnt mean to go back in time and reverse every single trade. You obviously cant do that. But this deal just happened and was made by a guy that was fired at the same time the decision to pass the trade was made. I think the decision to be made here is pretty obvious.

I think the decision to be made here is pretty obvious. I disagree. The trade in question was consummated before the GM became ineligible.

As there was no "Buffalo GM" at the time of the trade... I feel the trade should be processed! Otherwise at what point do we go back to? It's nearly impossible to make it fair for the rest of the league. Therefore what I think is the correct thing to do is:
Reject all deals made by either NYI or "Buffalo"... from the point when "Buffalo" joined the league!
Trade should pass!!!!!!!

If this trade was completed before Simon took over 2 teams then yes pass this trade
And PJ I wasn't saying reverse every trade I was saying the second someone is in control of 2 teams you shouldn't allow any of their trades to go through from that point on no matter how long they've been in the league or what team they controlled first

I think the decision to be made here is pretty obvious. I disagree. The trade in question was consummated before the GM became ineligible. I completely disagree. It doesn't matter when the GM was officially hired. you don't know what the Isles/Buff guy was thinking when he made this trade with Nick. Perhaps he was telling himself "i can make this trade then join as the sabres with another username and trade this guy to myself to replace that guy"? The point is, the guy was a cheater, and trades he made, at least recently, should not be processed. i understand you cant go back way back when and undo every deal he made....but this one was recent, and i dont think it should be processed.
