for all the working stiffs i'd like to see the trade deadline extended until sunday at midnight EST so we have the entire weekend to work on trading and not be forced to sit around and laugh at alex's offers until the 5pm deadline on saturday

Just a general observation, but am I the only one to think that scoring in general is a bit too low? Looking at the history of scoring in the league, it seems rare or extremely difficult for the top players to get to the 90-100 point benchmark.

depends what you're looking for. youre right that the scoring is very low, but scoring is very low in the NHL too. i think the settings are actually pretty realistic the way they are aside from the penalty minutes...you still have games with 10+ PP's which is pretty unrealistic.
but aside from that i think it's pretty well set.
